Withers, Bentleys Form Business Partnership

Global private client law firm Withers and Australasian accounting, advisory and audit firm Bentleys are collaborating on leading advice for clients worldwide.
The firms will team up to offer clients legal and accounting advice on their business, personal and charitable affairs.
The non-exclusive agreement was initiated through a relationship between Withers partner Marsha Laine Dungog and Bentleys director David Laanemaa, the organisations said in a statement this week.
The Bentleys Network offers tax advisory and accounting services, including wealth management and estate planning, corporate governance and management consultancy. In addition, the firm provides legal and tax advice on M&A, property investment, construction projects and IP matters, working with family businesses and family offices, SMEs and not-for-profit organisations.
Withers advises high net worth individuals and families on tax and estate planning, charitable and philanthropic matters, corporate and commercial transactions and contentious matters. The firm operates from 17 offices across the US, Asia and Europe.
